Ship repair is the entry point. Engineering capability is what the owner is actually buying — the judgement about what needs doing, and what does not.
Corvaden brings its own crews to the vessel rather than waiting for the vessel to reach a dock. A project engineer, repair foreman, qualified welders, fitters and safety cover mobilise with the equipment and consumables the scope requires.
Corvaden owns no drydock and no repair facility, and has no dock capacity to fill. What that changes is where the work happens: the question is what the vessel needs, not what would fill a berth, and a repair that does not require a dock does not get routed into one.
Dockings are arranged and supervised through partner yards. Where a repair does not require one — and a large share do not — it is executed alongside, at anchorage or under way.
