Corvaden mobilises its own crews to the vessel. The people who do that work are the company.
What the work is
Corvaden brings its crews to the vessel rather than waiting for the vessel to reach a dock. Work is executed alongside, at anchorage or under way, and the people who do it travel to wherever she is trading.
That is worth stating plainly before anyone applies. It is mobile work, on an owner’s schedule rather than a shift pattern, in whatever weather the port has that week — and it is done to a documented scope with safety cover on the job.
The disciplines we mobilise
A steel renewal crew is made up of the roles below, and they mobilise together with the equipment and consumables the scope requires. The composition is published in full, with the ratios it scales on, on the steel renewal page.

Applying
Applications go to the recruitment mailbox. Send a CV and, if the trade calls for it, the certificates that go with it — a welder qualification is the document that matters most and the one most often left out.

Every application is read. A reply is not guaranteed against a specific opening, because openings depend on the work in hand.
